For the longest time I wanted to add a livernose to my pack of ridgebacks. So I searched the internet for years to find the right puppy. In 2003 I imported Moyo from Ms. Sarah Baker, Umkimzulu Ridgebacks, Australia at 8 weeks of age.
Moyo's pedigree combines some top South African, Australian and Swedish lines. His father and his grandma Chilli are both grand champions and have already produced champion progeny.
While with me, Moyo was the clown of our family, he made us laugh a lot. He always carried things around and made little "gifts" when he came to greet us. He has helped us a lot and at the same time had great fun socializing the puppies of our first litter.
In 2005 he sired a litter of 8 wonderful puppies out of our girl Chipo. In June 2007 a litter was born in Slovakian kennel Löwenschwanz. In 2008 he sired 2 final litters, one at kennel Zamoyoni and our litter D.
Unfortunately I was unable to take Moyo with my to Canada in 2009 and I had to find a new loving home for him. Moyo now leads a wonderful life with Andreas and his ridgeback female Ashima in Ennigerloh.
